During the period, September 10-17, 2016 LELEKA Maternity Hospital team of doctors was trained in Israel.
Our doctors visited some of the best clinics in Israel such as Soroka Medical Centre, Assuta Hospital, Sheba Hospital, Schneider Children's Medical Center, Rabin Medical Center, Hadassah Hospital Jerusalem, and attended lectures and participated in practical workshops led by leading experts.
The goal was to familiarize both with the structure and functioning of the Israeli healthcare system and special maternity care issues.
Our special thanks to Professor A. Wiznitzer, Director of the Hospital for Women at the Rabin Medical Center, for his arrangement of the meeting.
During the meeting the partners Valery Zukin, General Manager of LELEKA Maternity Hospital and Professor A. Wiznitzer, Director of the Rabin Medical Center, discussed and agreed the possibilities and prospects for future collaboration.
They also discussed the issues related to the development of advanced training programs in obstetrics, gynecology and neonatology.
All arrangements were stipulated in the Memorandum of Cooperation and signed by both parties.
Besides invaluable knowledge and experience that our doctors have gained and that can be now used in their job, they have grown even more united and become a real team!
