2011 – Full Professor, the title was awarded by the decision of the Graduate Council.

1990-1995 –Assistant, Department of Neonatology, M. Gorky Donetsk Medical University.

1995-2003 –Assistant, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, M. Gorky Donetsk Medical University.

1999-2014 – Acting Deputy General Director in Neonatology, Donetsk Regional Maternal and Child Welfare Center. Supervisor, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Special Care Nursery.

2003-2009 – Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, M.Gorky Donetsk National Medical University.

2009-2014 – Head of the Department of Neonatology FPGE, DNMU.

2008 – Received the Certificate of Honour from the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine for significant personal contribution to the development for newborns` health protection and for a high standard of professionalism.

2014 – Certificate of Honour from the Association of Neonatologists of Ukraine.

1999 – Perinatal Audit Training Program in Sweden; 2011- 2012 in Italy, Israel, Spain, Portugal, Austria.

Since 2009 – Board Member, Ukrainian Association of Neonatologists;

June 2010 – Donetsk Association of Neonatal Medicine was established on his personal initiative.
